About the event
Hooray!! with restrictions gradually being lifted we are delighted to welcome children back to our activity camp for Easter 2021. Easter is a great time of the year where Spring is in the air! Lots of activities in our beautiful woodland just outside Romsey where children enjoy our campfire, learn new bushcraft skills, go bug hunting, build dens, learn to light fires safely or just chill in a hammock, up a tree, explore with friends and slide down muddy banks!Â
There will be Easter treasure hunts, campfire cooking, crafts and of course the traditional toasted marshmallow! Â A fun filled day guarenteed to have children wanting s'more!!
Covid precautions - Playing alongside, team work and friendships are an important part of play for children, social distancing can be difficult, we are confident that we have measures and risk assesments in place that the risk of infection is lowered. Through games and activities we will talk to the children about social distancing and good hygiene, tools, resources and equipment will be cleaned with antibacterial wipes between each use. Â Â
We will be carrying out a digital temperature check on arrival and if your child or any member of your family have suffered with a persistent cough, high temperature, loss of taste or smell I ask that you do not attend camp.
